Uprising Zenpen, or Uprising for short, is a Hentai manga created by Fan no Hitori, the same creator of the hentai manga Dropout. The manga was first released in 2014 and consist of 3 chapters. Afterwards the complete story was re-released as part of an anthology manga with stories all made by Fan no Hitori titled Parasite Queen, named after the anthology's first story.

The story focuses on the princess knight named Eva Grafenberg and her best friend palace general Leisel Herman. The two were sent by Eva's father, the King, to do a routine inspection of one of his advanced magical medical research facilities. The facility mostly conducts experiments on orcs. Orcs here are believed by most humans to be large unintelligible feral animals, so many find it acceptable to allow inhuman experiments to be conducted on them. Since orcs have physiology similar to humans, to the point that they can breed with humans, the research facilities largely focuses on the harvest of their organs to be used as transplants for humans. Although there is a conservationist group, that believe that the orc are intelligent creatures that should be given the same rights as humans. During Eva's inspection, one of the conservationist snuck into the facility to release the orcs. However, the orcs turned on their would-be savior and started attack the research staff. Now Eva and Leisel find themselves trapped in the facility in the middle of an orc uprising.

Uprising Zenpen has examples of:

  • Action Girl: Leisel who is a skilled swords-woman and the only character in the story that is able to do any damage to the orcs.
  • Amazonian Beauty: Leisel is the tallest woman among the cast and her skin tight body suit certainly shows off her toned muscles.
  • Being Tortured Makes You Evil: According to the orcs, they were originally peaceful people until the king decided to have them taken from their homes to be used as guinea pigs to the research facilities experiments and to have their organs harvested. Their inhuman treatment lead them to believe that all Humans Are Bastards and that they all deserve to suffer.
  • Childhood Friends: Eva and Leisel have known each over since they were little, with Leisel being assigned as Eva's Lady in Waiting at a very young age.
  • Deuteragonist: Leisel Herman.
  • Faux Action Girl: Despite having the title of the "princess knight", Eva is unable to do anything against the orcs. When she tried stabbing an orc with her sword, the only thing she was able to do is have her saber broken by the orc.
  • The Heroine: Eva Grafenberg the princess knight.
  • Lady and Knight: Eva Grafenberg and Leisel Herman respectively.
  • Lady in Waiting: Leisel to Eva before officially becoming her knight.
  • Mad Scientist: Clara Schachten, the head researcher at the facility.
  • Mars Needs Women: Orcs here are able to reproduce with humans and if a male orc impregnates a human woman, then she will give birth to another orc.
  • The Unintelligible: The vocal cords of an orc are unable to reproduce the sounds of that would allow them to speak human languages, which contributes to the beliefs of most humans that orc are unintelligent monsters. The de-facto leader of orc is able to speak clearly thank to an experiment were his vocal chord was switched with a human's.
