Tropedia

  • Before making a single edit, Tropedia EXPECTS our site policy and manual of style to be followed. Failure to do so may result in deletion of contributions and blocks of users who refuse to learn to do so. Our policies can be reviewed here.
  • All images MUST now have proper attribution, those who neglect to assign at least the "fair use" licensing to an image may have it deleted. All new pages should use the preloadable templates feature on the edit page to add the appropriate basic page markup. Pages that don't do this will be subject to deletion, with or without explanation.
  • All new trope pages will be made with the "Trope Workshop" found on the "Troper Tools" menu and worked on until they have at least three examples. The Trope workshop specific templates can then be removed and it will be regarded as a regular trope page after being moved to the Main namespace. THIS SHOULD BE WORKING NOW, REPORT ANY ISSUES TO Janna2000, SelfCloak or RRabbit42. DON'T MAKE PAGES MANUALLY UNLESS A TEMPLATE IS BROKEN, AND REPORT IT THAT IS THE CASE. PAGES WILL BE DELETED OTHERWISE IF THEY ARE MISSING BASIC MARKUP.

  • Why does the loop reset each time the protagonist is killed? Simple, since the protagonist themself is the game's trophy, losing them meaning that it's meaningless for the Representatives to continue the game now that the objective could not longer be completed.
  • Why the Representatives are forbidden from making a contact with the trophy aka the protagonist? Apart from the fact that whoever is in the possession of the protagonist would've great advantage in becoming the winner of the game, the truth is that majority of the Representatives shown so far don't show any form of true hatred against the protagonist and actually pity/yearn for them for one reason or other. Thus, if such Representative abandons their original role and chooses to join up with the protagonist team instead to finally put an end to the game, then that would spell whoever The Man Behind the Man's trouble, as their goal is to make sure the game continues on forever and eternally.
  • Why Robinson's horns aren't treated as anything unusual by the protagonist? Because plenty of their friends such as Toji are Horned Humanoid already, meaning that Robinson having them isn't something abnormal.
  • Hercules' Glass Cannon status makes more sense when you realizes that he is missing one of his most valuable protective gears: the Nemean Lion's skin. Why is that? It's because Zo aka the Nemean Lion himself didn't die by the his hands due to being summoned to Tokyo!
