All images MUST now have proper attribution, those who neglect to assign at least the "fair use" licensing to an image may have it deleted. All new pages should use the preloadable templates feature on the edit page to add the appropriate basic page markup. Pages that don't do this will be subject to deletion, with or without explanation.
All new trope pages will be made with the "Trope Workshop" found on the "Troper Tools" menu and worked on until they have at least three examples. The Trope workshop specific templates can then be removed and it will be regarded as a regular trope page after being moved to the Main namespace. THIS SHOULD BE WORKING NOW, REPORT ANY ISSUES TO Janna2000, SelfCloak or RRabbit42. DON'T MAKE PAGES MANUALLY UNLESS A TEMPLATE IS BROKEN, AND REPORT IT THAT IS THE CASE. PAGES WILL BE DELETED OTHERWISE IF THEY ARE MISSING BASIC MARKUP.
Complaining About Shows You Don't Watch - Several immigrants from other Star Wars sites have said that they did hate and complain about TGC before ever participating on the board.
Mary Sue - A somewhat frequent occurance, mostly in the newbies. As with all tropes, whether or not a Mary Sue is hated depends on the execution of the writer.
Moral Event Horizon - Xyra for dropping the moon on Taris and blaming the Jedi for it. Successfully.
Spoiled by the Format - While the end for roleplays can never be certain due to the open nature of them, when the requirement to have threads archived forever is 40 posts, climaxes or apparent endings anywhere before 30 posts never fool anyone.
Strangled by the Red String - Relationships created strictly through out-of-character agreement tend to appear this way.
↑Enton was a new member in 2010 that quickly got banned. He attempted several times after that to come back in different aliases and get high rank. Most knew members are called "Enton" as a joke by a few people.
↑"Oh My Hawk" began as a typo when Korran Halcyon typed "Oh my Hawk" without a comma after one of Hawk Hinata's many erroneous statements.
↑"Pink Lord of the Sith" is a title given to Malice Draclau due to rumors that he actually wears a pink thong underneath all that tacky leather.
↑Mason England's chest apparently has divine powers (he is named Mason the Green God on TGC after all), and touching it gets one blessed.
↑A title for anyone that sleeps with their trainee. Named due to the practice of Hawk Hinata, who married at least two of his padawans.
