Main Characters

Suzuko Yamazki

The new history teacher and yoga instructor at Rinin High School. Suzuko was born as a result of one of the Rinkan Club's "ceremonies" and was raised exclusively by her mother. She moved away from Rinin to study abroad at Tokyo. Suzuko eventually moved back to her hometown in order to take care of her sick mother and to try to put an end to Rinkan Club that caused her mother so much suffering.

• Being Tortured Makes You Evil: Suzuko becomes a much darker individual after spending Episodes 1 and 2 being tormented and raped by the Rinkan Club.
• Child by Rape: See description above.
• Childhood Friends: With Shiori. Although this doesn't stop her from sentencing Shiori to be a "shrine maiden for life".
• Curtains Match the Window: Purple hair, purple eyes.
• He Who Fights Monsters: She arguable becomes even worse than Motoko by the end of the OVA.
• Hot Teacher: She and Shiori are considered the sexiest teachers at Rinin High School.
• Kick the Dog:
  • Blackmails the innocent Maki to nominate herself as a shrine maiden under the threat that the Rinkan Club would go after her mother again, all because the poor girl happens to be dating Motoko.
  • By the end of the OVA, Suzuko decide to let the Rinkan Club "rituals" continue under the condition they be done on the women who have been chosen to be "shrine maiden for life". Naturally, she chooses Motoko to be one of these women. Surprisingly, she also give the same sentence to Aiko, Maki, and Shiori, all of whom were innocent victims of the cult. It is especially jarring that she gives this sentence to Shiori, her Childhood Friend.
• The Leader: Becomes the new leader of the Rinkan Club at the end of the OVA after forcing Motoko to resign.
• Luke, I Am Your Father: In the final episode it is revealed that she and Motoko are half-sister, and thus she can nominate Motoko to be the Rinkan Club's next shrine maiden, much to Motoko's horror.
• Meganekko: She only removes her glasses when she is teaching yoga.
• Older Hero vs. Younger Villain: Being a woman in her early to mid 20s going against a teenager makes her the "Older Hero" to Motoko's "Younger Villain".

Motoko Tamura

A 3rd year high school student at Rinin High School who is the Student Council President and the leader of the Rinkan Club. Motoko, like Suzuko, was born as a result of one of the Rinkan Club's "ceremonies" and is thus treated like a treasure by her hometown. She has cold, yet charismatic demeanor, resulting in her having very few friends, but allow to have a commanding presence with both the Student Council and Rinkan Club. She enjoys watching the maidens suffer, especially when it's her greatest enemy; Suzuko. She's cool and keeps her calm in most situations but sometimes reveals a little too much information, leading to her downfall. She became the student council president in charge of the Rinkan Club in order to prevent becoming a maiden herself. In the OVA, she is in love with her best friend, Maki.

• Alas, Poor Villain: Although she certainly deserves the Sexual Karma given to her Suzuko, one can't help but feel a little bad for her as she breaks down in tears when Forced to Watch her girlfriend be violated by Rinkan Club.
• Alpha Bitch: She is the president of the student council and when Suzuko tries to go against the Rinkan Club she manipulates her long distance boyfriend in turning the teacher into a shrine maiden.
• Arch Enemy: To Suzuko.
• Babies Ever After: A dark variation. She ends up pregnant thank to the Rinkan Club at the end of the OVA.
• Balloon Belly: In Episode 4, after Suzuko gave her an off-screen enema, leaving her in a state of Potty Emergency.
• The Big Damn Kiss: With Maki in Episode 2.
• Even Evil Has Loved Ones:
  • Despite being the leader of cult that gang rapes people and usually enjoys watching maidens suffer, she does genuinely love her best friend turned girlfriend, Maki. She even broken down into tears after seeing what the Rinkan Club did to Maki.
  • This love does extend to the rest of the Katsuragi family to a certain degree, as she was shown to be extremely regretful for allowing Aiko to become the next shrine maiden, showing that despite her schemes she haves to enforce the rules of the cult no matter what. It is likely for this reason that Suzuko sentence the women of the Katsuragi family to be "shrine maiden for life", as a mean to further torment Motoko.
• Ice Queen: She usually has a calm and cold personality. Although this demeanor cracks whenever Maki is involved.
• The Leader: Of the Rinakn Club. Although Suzuko throws a coup against her some time during Episode 3, and forces her to formally resign her leadership status in Episode 4.
• Official Couple: With Maki after Episode 2.
• Older Hero vs. Younger Villain: Being a 17-19 year old teenager, she is the "Younger Villain" to the young adult Suzuko's "Older Hero".
• Potty Failure: In Episode 4, Suzuko force Motoko to do her solid "necessities" in front of a crowd by hitting her inflated belly with a microphone stand, after forcing Motoko to publicly resigned from being the Student Body President and by extension her leadership position in the Rinkan Club, as a means to destroy Motoko's reputation. This advents is what seems to break Motoko, as she found the experience to be pleasurable.
• Sex Slave: At the end of OVA, Motoko was sentenced by Suzuko to be a "shrine maiden for life" meaning that she would spend to rest of life being gang raped by the members of Rinkan Club.
• Schoolgirl Lesbian: She is in love with her best friend, Maki, and the two eventually become a couple.
• Unishment: Suzuko believes that Motoko would actually enjoy spending the rest of her life being a shrine maiden for the Rinkan Club's "rituals" as a result of being mind broken by the cult. She does express willingness to be tortured again by the time Motoko humiliates her in public, so that is kind of justified a little.

The Katsuragi Family

In General

• Babies Ever After: A dark variation. Aiko, Maki, and Shiori all become pregnant by the Rinkan Club at the end of the OVA.
• Big Screwed-Up Family: Although they start out as a loving family at the beginning of the story, by the end of the OVA they have essentially become this. The women of the family, Aiko, Maki, and Shiori, are sentence to spend the rest of their lives being gang raped by the Rinkan Club, which all have them become so mind broken they see the sentence as an Unishment. Any future children of the Katsuragi family will have to take their mothers' place in the advent of their deaths. The men of the family are left as broken shells, who can do nothing against the cult that took their loved ones from them, and presumably the sons the women will have will also be helpless to stop the abuse of their female relatives.
• Brainy Brunette: The majority of the family is made up of doctors and teachers, and they all have brown hair.
• Senseless Sacrifice: All 3 women in the Katsuragi family reluctantly agreed to be "shrine maidens" in order the protect another family member. Aiko agreed to accept the role of a "shrine maiden" if the Rinkan Club agrees to leave her children alone. Shiori later nominates herself as a shrine maiden to save Aiko from the cult. Maki was then blackmailed by Suzuko to nominates herself under the threat that she will have the cult go after the recovering Aiko. However, in the end Suzuko just sentence all 3 women to be "shrine maidens for life" meaning all their sacrifice was for nothing.
• Sex Slave: The women of the family (Aiko, Maki, and Shiori) are sentence by Suzuko to be "shrine maidens for life". Suzuko also declared that the women's future daughters would be given the same sentence in the event that one of them dies. Suzuko basically arranged for the Katsuragi family to be slaves for the Rinkan Club for generations to come.
• Strong Family Resemblance: The women of the family looks like they can be the same person but at different ages.
• Unishment: Due to be mind broken by everything that the Rinkan Club has done to them, Suzuko believe that Aiko, Maki, and Shiori would actually enjoy being "shrine maidens for life".

Aiko Katsuragi

The matriarch of the Katsuragi family and the only doctor in Rinin. Aiko comes from a long line of doctors and married her husband Toshi at rather young age. She had her first daughter, Shiori, while she was still a medical student, before having two more children. Overtime, she and Toshi have grown apart, and as a result, hadn't had sex with him in over 5 years, leaving her sexually frustrated. In the visual novel, she has a sisterly bond with her nurse, Natsuko Hayasaka. She is aware of the Rinkan Club and tries to prevent her family from getting involved with the cult, which ultimately proves unsuccessful.

• Absurdly Youthful Mother: The woman looks great for someone who had 3 kids including an adult daughter. Although her character character bio stated she had Shiori when she was still a medical student. Doubles as an "Absurdly Youthful Grandmother" after her daughters, Shiori and Maki become pregnant at the end of the OVA.
• Being Tortured Makes You Evil: She begins to have sex with underage students in exchange of money after being raped.
• Hospital Hottie: The only doctor in Rinin and she have a very curvy body.
• Informed Deformity: Many of the male characters often call her an "old hag" and make fun of her "saggy breast" despite having the appearance of an Absurdly Youthful Mother. Some of Rinkan Club claim that they are a little reluctant to use her as a shrine maiden for their ritual. Although said members did force her son to nominate her to be the next shrine maiden, so they are likely just only being demeaning to her.
• Sins of Our Fathers: Inverted. Her son is caught stealing and convinced to nominate as shrine maiden so the men who caught him don't call the police.

Maki Katsuragi

The second child of the Katsuragi family and a third year at Rinin High School. Maki is a member of the swim team, and is considered an idol among her peers due to cute appearance and kind personality. She is best friends with Motoko Tamura and is the only person that Motoko cares about more than herself. Maki starts the story unaware of the Rinkan Club despite being best friends with the cult's leader.

• The Big Damn Kiss: With Motoko in Episode 2.
• The Cutie: The kindest and most innocent character in the series, so naturally...
  • Break the Cutie: The OVA has not been very kind to the poor girl. Maki sends most of the OVA living in fear of the Rinkan Club once she learns of their existence and is forced to watch her mother and older sister suffer at the hands of the cult. She is then blackmailed by Suzuko to nominate herself as a "shrine maiden" under the threat that she will have the cult go after Maki's recovering mother, all because Maki happen to be dating Motoko. Apparently, Maki try to run away from the Rinkan Club, resulting in the already sadistic cultists giving her even harsher treatment. She is driven insane by the torture and rape by the Rinkan Club to the point where she actually starts enjoying the abuse. Finally, Maki was sentence by Suzuko to be a "shrine maiden for life" along with her mother, older sister, and girlfriend, who will spend the rest of their lives being gang raped by the cult. And to top it off, Maki has become so mind broken by the entire experience that she sees Suzuko's sentence as an Unishment. Yikes.
• Locked Out of the Loop: For most of story, Maki had no idea that Motoko was the leader of the Rinkan Club, or her girlfriend's feud with Suzuko. This doesn't stop Suzuko from arranging for Maki to be tormented by Rinkan Club as a means to make Motoko suffer.
• Morality Pet: To Motoko, showing that there is someone other than herself that Motoko loves.
• Official Couple: With Motoko after Episode 2.
• Precocious Crush: On Suzuko, as Maki can be seen blushing and commenting of Suzuko's beauty when she first meets her new homeroom teacher.
• Schoolgirl Lesbian: She returns Motoko's feelings for her and the two eventually become a couple. Unfortunately, Suzuko has the Rinkan Club torment Maki to get to Motoko.

Shiori Nakamura (née Katsuragi)

The eldest child of the Katsuragi family and the English teacher at Rinin High School, where she is the most popular teacher. Shiori recently married the physical education teacher of Rinin High School, Tomonobu Nakamura. She lives in an apartment just a few minutes away from the rest of her family. Shiori is a long time friend with Suzuko since high school, and is one of the few people that can see past her cold appearance. Like her mother, Shiori is aware of the Rinkan Club.

• Childhood Friends: With Suzuko.
• Hot Teacher: She was considered Rinin High School hottest teacher before Suzuko joined the staff.
• Your Cheating Heart: She consciously decides to cheat on her husband so her mother would stop being used by the Rinkan Club.
