Resort Boin (リゾートBOIN) is a Japanese harem eroge visual novel developed Crossnet-Pie. It is the sequel to Boin. It was made into an OVA series by Studio Eromatic and Milky, which was released in three parts - the first in 2007, the second in 2008, and the third in 2009.
On spring break, Daisuke is excited for his vacation on a tropical island for some well deserved relaxation and girl watching. He finds himself quite inexplicably popular with the ladies as well. Nao and Mitsugu follow him there as well competing, as usual, for his attentions. Meanwhile he meets his cousin Maya again after a long time as well as the wild Kanae and her friend Mika.
Tropes used in Resort Boin include:
- A-Cup Angst: Maya is ashamed of her small breasts.
- Aggressive-Submissive: Mika and Kanae are persistent in their seduction of Daisuke, but let him do most of the work when they do have sex, but under their direction. Also, Mika takes the submissive role to Kanae.
- All Love Is Unrequited: Maya has a crush on Daisuke but feels like he ignores her, but he ends up proving her wrong.
- Big Breasts, Big Deal: Noa is quite proud to have the biggest breasts in the cast.
- Big Lipped Alligator Moment/Gratuitous Rape: Momo encounters a Giant Man-Eating Plant that strips and rapes her with its mouth full of Naughty Tentacles. Then it spits her out and the OVA continues as though that scene didn't happen. For bonus points, Momo wakes up with her clothes back on, fully intact, when the others find her.
- The rape-plant-monster appears again in the second OVA, this time attacking Mika in full view of the other characters, and Daisuke saves her before she gets penetrated. However, Momo only expresses mild shock at seeing it again, and never shows any signs of trauma at what happened to her, and besides Mika using the incident as an excuse to seduce Daisuke, nobody ever brings it up afterwards.
