Naoko Matsui is an old-timer seiyū from Hokkaido. She had a tendency to voice Action Girls or roles bordering on The Scrappy level. Her most notorious roles include the Rich Bitch Dorothy from Gundam Wing, Roux Louka from Gundam ZZ, Katsumi from Silent Moebius, Sonoko from Detective Conan and Naomi from Death Note.
Said to have a seiyuu relationship with Akiko Yajima. Formerly married to Kenyuu Horiuchi; their marriage didn't work, but they're still best friends.
