All incarnations

• Every time you spot an animation mistake, drink ().
• Any time someone breaks into a song, have a drink.
  • If the characters themselves comment on it, take another drink.
  • Every time a new character joins the song. If you wish to breathe between shots, it's recommended that you only include named characters that have a solo verse or a duet.
• If new pony or accessory is introduced that has no other logical reason to exist other than to sell new toys, have a drink. NOTE: this rule is only in effect IF you know that toy of the character or accessory exists.

My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic

General:

• Take a drink whenever 'pony' is used to replace the suffix '-body'.
• Take a drink whenever a male pony speaks.
  • Two if it's Big Macintosh saying "Eeyup" or "Nope."
• Take a drink whenever Celestia speaks.
  • Raise your glass, then take a drink whenever Celestia saves the day.
• Take a drink whenever somepony's hair gets ruined.
• Take a drink whenever somepony brohoofs another pony.
• Take a drink whenever there's a moment of Getting Crap Past the Radar
• If you find a pony-related video that is less than ten seconds long and has over a hundred thousand views, take a drink for every hundred-thousand.
  • If the video has over a million views, just drink a whole bottle.
  • Drink two whole bottles if said video is a Kyrospawn video.
• Take a drink if a character is voiced by Tabitha St Germain other than Rarity. Take an additional drink if they turn out to be a Large Ham.

Applejack:

• Take drink whenever she calls somepony 'sugarcube'.
• Take a drink whenever she bites somepony's tail.
• Take a drink whenever Applejack says something stereotypically Southern.
• Every time she force feeds someone an apple, take a drink.
• Take a drink whenever she bucks something.
• Take a drink whenever her freckles aren't shown.

Fluttershy:

• Take a drink whenever she apologizes.
• Take a drink whenever she squeaks or does something similar.
• Take a drink whenever she yells.
• Take a drink whenever she says 'Um'.

Pinkie Pie:

• Take a drink whenever she does something cartoonish, like appearing from impossible locations, eating an entire cake in one bite, etc.
• Take a drink whenever she says 'Okey dokey lokey'.
• Take a drink whenever she breaks the fourth wall.
• Take a drink whenever she breaks into song.

Rainbow Dash:

• Take a drink whenever she mentions the Wonderbolts.
• Take a drink whenever she knocks somepony over.
• Take a drink whenever she says 'cool' or 'awesome'.
• Take a drink whenever she leaves behind her rainbow trail when she flies.

Twilight Sparkle:

• Take a drink whenever she uses her magic.
• Take a drink whenever she is seen reading a book.
  • Or if she says "I've been reading about [insert plot-convenient subject here]..."
• Take a drink whenever she mentions writing a letter to the princess.
• Take a drink whenever she has a Super OCD moment.

Rarity:

• Take a drink whenever she changes outfits.
• Take a drink whenever she's disgusted by something.
• Take a drink whenever she flicks her hair.
• Take a drink if she's shown at her boutique working on something.
• Take a drink whenever she starts being a Drama Queen or Large Ham.

Spike:

• Take a drink whenever he fawns over Rarity.
• Take a drink whenever he acts as an Audience Surrogate.
• Take a drink whenever his tail is utilized in an odd fashion (i.e. as a shovel, jackhammer, etc.)

Cutie Mark Crusaders:

• Take a drink whenever they loudly announce their plans.
  • Take another drink if their plan goes horribly wrong.
• Take a drink whenever they excitedly check their flanks, expecting their cutie marks.
• When they say something to the effect of "CUTIE MARK CRUSADER <INSERT OCCUPATION HERE>!" you must repeat what they said and take a drink. If you mess up your repitition, you must repeat the process--including the drink--until you get it right.
• Take a drink when Sweetie Belle's voice cracks.

Nightmare Moon:

• Take a drink whenever Dramatic Thunder strikes in her presence.
• Take a drink whenever she laughs or otherwise gets hammy.
• Take a drink whenever you see her as a cloud of energy.

Discord:

• Take a drink whenever he rhymes.
• Take a drink whenever he mocks the Power of Friendship.
• Take a drink whenever he blatantly defies the laws of reality.

Chrysalis:

• Take a drink whenever she (or another pony) expresses the words "love, love, love."
• Take a drink whenever she invades Shining Armor's personal space.

Background Ponies:

• Take a drink whenever Derpy makes an appearance.
  • In The Last Roundup, take a drink for every line of dialogue that Derpy says
    • If you're watching the censored version, slowly and mournfully drink a whole bottle in the fond memory of the true Derpy.
  • Take a drink every time bronies rejoice over Derpy just being part of a crowd scene like a regular background pony.
• Take a drink if you see Lyra jumping up and down.
• Eat some candy every time Bon Bon's voice changes, then wash it down with a drink.
• Take a double shot whenever Lyra and Bon Bon are seen in the background together.
• Take a drink every time Doctor Whoof is seen running.
