Tropedia

  • Before making a single edit, Tropedia EXPECTS our site policy and manual of style to be followed. Failure to do so may result in deletion of contributions and blocks of users who refuse to learn to do so. Our policies can be reviewed here.
  • All images MUST now have proper attribution, those who neglect to assign at least the "fair use" licensing to an image may have it deleted. All new pages should use the preloadable templates feature on the edit page to add the appropriate basic page markup. Pages that don't do this will be subject to deletion, with or without explanation.
  • All new trope pages will be made with the "Trope Workshop" found on the "Troper Tools" menu and worked on until they have at least three examples. The Trope workshop specific templates can then be removed and it will be regarded as a regular trope page after being moved to the Main namespace. THIS SHOULD BE WORKING NOW, REPORT ANY ISSUES TO Janna2000, SelfCloak or RRabbit42. DON'T MAKE PAGES MANUALLY UNLESS A TEMPLATE IS BROKEN, AND REPORT IT THAT IS THE CASE. PAGES WILL BE DELETED OTHERWISE IF THEY ARE MISSING BASIC MARKUP.

On planet Humagi, there live Muta, who are identical to humans but are more technologically advanced. So much that they invented a way of using magic through technology, and one of their advancements was the ability to invent the Ethoura, an artificially made pocket dimension that can be accessed by Muta who have had Ethoura Chips put inside of them. One of the Muta, Zeta, who was testing out the D.H.W.B. (Dimension Hopping Wrist Band), ended up on Earth when the Zenkyar attack. One of the Zenkyar soldiers knocks her out and smashes the D.H.W.B., then burns it. Zeta, with no way back, needs to find a way to use the Zenkyar's way of jumping dimensions, and protecting people at the same time.

Tropes in Muta Heart:[]

  • Escort Mission: Rescuing Wynn, Officer Cliff, and Herman are major Escort Missions, but none of them are as difficult as in normal games because:
    • All of them avoid hazards.
    • Wynn can alert Zeta when an enemy is behind her.
    • Officer Cliff can shoot enemies and find items.
    • Herman can use First-Aid kits on you.
  • Hammerspace: The Ethoura.
  • Human Aliens: Muta. Justified, since Humagi is just Alternate Universe Earth.
  • Magic From Technology: PSI Cores, Euthora Chips, many other things that Muta invent.
  • Psychic Powers: Ethoura Chips can allow Muta to teleport items to and from the pocket dimension, and some Muta have artificial hearts that can have psychic programs installed.
  • Romance Sidequest: Zeta's suitors can be either Wynn, Officer Cliff, or Guy.
  • Unusual User Interface: The Ethoura, for one. Zeta also was able to learn English by downloading a translator, not to mention PSI Cores, and Zeta's ability to make her voice sound auto-tuned or chiptune.
  • You Gotta Have Purple Hair: Zeta. Justified, in Humagi, purple is as common a hair color as black on Earth.
