  • Genius Bonus: During the Louvre chase scene, one of the songs playing in the background is a movement from Pictures at an Exhibition.
  • Ham and Cheese: Steve Martin. Dear Lord, Steve Martin.
  • Ho Yay: Whether or not Bugs is really that depressed without Daffy, he certainly goes to pretty great lengths to get him back. His less-than-family-friendly humor is also lampshaded by the female executive:

Kate Houghton: Okay, about the crossdressing thing: then, funny; now, disturbing.

Bugs Bunny: Lady, if you don't find a rabbit wearin' lipstick amusing, then we ain't got nothin' to say to each other.

  • They Wasted a Perfectly Good Plot: Surprisingly little is done with the Blue Monkey's magical power of turning people into monkeys. At least in the finished film. The DVD special features give us an alternate climax where the Blue Monkey's powers are used to create some truly wild and over-the-top situations.
    • Daffy crashes the Batmobile into the studio water tower, causing it to topple down... and somehow, Yakko, Wakko and Dot don't come spilling out of it.
      • And Ralph the Guard would come chasing them.

 Ralph: Thanks a lot, Drake!

    • Warner Bros. has a knack for acting like they never existed.
    • You'd think that when the Daleks showed up, Fraser would say, "Hey! Do we look like the Doctor and his assistant to you? Hint: We're not British.", in which the Daleks could say, "No. You are Americans, The Doctor does not....Wait a second...there is an associate of the Doctor who is an American (Jack Harkness) EXTERMINATE!!"
      • The revival of DW came in 2005, after this movie was released.
  • Unpopular Popular Character: Daffy, perhaps here more than ever, as WB statistics show that his fanbase is made up entirely of Basement Dwellers. In real life, he's had his own series, he gets almost all the focus in The Looney Tunes Show, and he has a far larger role than Bugs in this very movie.
