  • Before making a single edit, Tropedia EXPECTS our site policy and manual of style to be followed. Failure to do so may result in deletion of contributions and blocks of users who refuse to learn to do so. Our policies can be reviewed here.
  • All images MUST now have proper attribution, those who neglect to assign at least the "fair use" licensing to an image may have it deleted. All new pages should use the preloadable templates feature on the edit page to add the appropriate basic page markup. Pages that don't do this will be subject to deletion, with or without explanation.
  • All new trope pages will be made with the "Trope Workshop" found on the "Troper Tools" menu and worked on until they have at least three examples. The Trope workshop specific templates can then be removed and it will be regarded as a regular trope page after being moved to the Main namespace. THIS SHOULD BE WORKING NOW, REPORT ANY ISSUES TO Janna2000, SelfCloak or RRabbit42. DON'T MAKE PAGES MANUALLY UNLESS A TEMPLATE IS BROKEN, AND REPORT IT THAT IS THE CASE. PAGES WILL BE DELETED OTHERWISE IF THEY ARE MISSING BASIC MARKUP.

Portrayed by: Atsuhiro Inukai (live-action), Seiji Takaiwa (suit)
  • Did Not Get the Girl: Sento is the only Rider without a Love Interest after the events of the V-Cinemas.
  • Expy: He appears to be based on Philip as both are intelligent individuals to a superhuman level.
    • He's also one to Iron Man. Making upgrades for himself and the other Kamen Riders.
  • Keet: Tends to showcase a childish behavior when fascinated with new gadgets.
  • Red Oni, Blue Oni: Build's default form is half red, half blue. It is also modeled after a rabbit, and a tank.
    • Other forms that have this trope include RabbitRocket, KaizokuShoubousha, and DragonShoubousha
  • Super Mode: Excluding the one use forms Sento has at least five. Rabbit Tank Sparkling ,Hazard Trigger, RabbitRabbit, TankTank are all your powers combined Mid Season Upgrades. His ultimate form is appropriately called Genius Form.

Portrayed by: Eiji Akaso

Misora Isurugi[]

Others[]

Sawa Takigawa[]

Faust[]

Touto Government[]

Gentoku Himuro[]

Portrayed by: Kensei Mikami
  • Ambiguously Evil: In his earliest appearances, where he's obviously sinister but allegedly working for a good cause. It doesn't take long for his true nature to come out, and the trailer at the end of episode 6 makes obvious what episode 7 confirms: he's Night Rogue, and his evil is anything but ambiguous.
  • Badass Mustache: A Porn Stache with a goatee.
  • CloudCuckoolander: This is Genktoku's personality before being exposed to Nebula gas.
  • Hair-Trigger Temper: Is easily prone to fits of anger, best shown when ordering his troops to hunt down Ryuga and Build.
  • Handsome Lech: When Sawa asks him about the Smash and Kamen Rider, he responds by propositioning her to discuss them in a hotel all night long. Predictably he gets shot down.
  • Heroic Sacrifice: Pushes beyond his limits and is beaten down by Evolt to buy time so Sento and Ryuga can defeat the Planet Eater.
  • Hypocrite: Despite claiming that Touto adheres to traditional pacifism, he demands that Ryuga and Build be brought in "dead or alive," claiming that they "don't need toys that break that easily."
  • Knight Templar: Played with. His plans (and Faust, by extension) is to keep the neighboring rivals and foreign nations from invading Touto by creating Kamen Riders as tools for warfare.
  • Properly Paranoid: One of the symptoms he experiences after being affected by Pandora's Box.
  • Serious Business: How he acts after being purged of Nebula gas. Between trying to justify his goofy clothing taste to Misora and even using them for Overly Prepared Gags.
  • Tall, Dark and Handsome: Is 5'11" tall, complete with a Badass Mustache.

Nariaki Utsumi[]

Portrayed by: Yuki Ochi
  • Ambiguously Evil: Is apparently part of Faust like his boss, but how much he is really involved isn't clear.
  • Four Eyes, Zero Soul: He is Gentoku's bespectacled assistant, and is also in league with Faust just like his superior.
