    • Actually I would think that Manny is the Superego due to his anti-social behavior towards others and his overwhelming family and life ideals while Diego would be the Ego considering he acts more as the mediator of the group. (Though Diego also shows Id qualities especially in the third movie when he wanted to have another adventure just for his own pleasure and self assurance)

  • Will: (Super Ego: Order) Traditional, straightforward and honest but stubborn and unyielding to a fault.
  • Elizabeth: (Ego: Reason) Tries to use the method that best fits the situation and utilizes bluffs and honest diplomacy almost equally.
    • While the following are hardly a power trio, The Curse of the Black Pearl sets up a nice id-ego-superego dynamic with, respectively, Jack, Will and Norrington: "[My place is] right here - between you and Jack." (Fun fact: Schopenhauer's analogue of the id was called the Will.)

  • The main villains of the filler movie, Rogue One:
    • Director Krennic: Impatient Warmonger. (Id)
    • Grand Moff Tarkin: Cold-blooded Superior. (Superego)

  • Ego: Quorra "profoundly naive, yet infinitely wise", prone to a few reckless stunts of her own, but overall much more focused than Sam is.
  • Superego: Kevin Flynn inverts his role from the first, but twenty-one years of exile and humility learned in the harshest way possible will do that.

Zardoz: The Eternals

  • Id: Friend
  • Ego: May
  • Superego: Consuella and Avalow
