.Anime: Her whole arc is a giant blend of Break the Cutie and All For Nothing as she's forced to accept a deal by Guignol to be sexually humiliated for seven straight days in order for him and his monstrous army to withdraw from her home and save her parents; first by her own soldiers and then by countless monsters with her lover Jin Forced to Watch her losing her virginity to a Pig Man to the point of being distraught with rage to look at her.
As days go on, she finds herself raped by both Guignol and even her brainwashed Mother with Jin the doing same in being transformed into a brutish dragon; her final task being to slay him but she's unable to do so even in his new form
Guignol then pulls his biggest Kick the Dog moment in revealing to her that a dragon she killed before making her deal was actually her father as he planned to and it is then that any remaining sanity she has leaves her; thus being left a broken sex slave to the transformed Jin and the remaining monsters as she bears and later births his dragon spawn.

.Anime: Just like her daughter, her life spirals to hell when Guignol conquers their kingdom and imprisons her with the false promise of sparring Catue from her deal in place of using her. However, he has no intention of doing so, and molests her before coercing her to please him until proceeding to have her masturbate.
Nina's mental breakdown continues once Guignol returns and via a kiss-induced aphrodisiac, presents Catue's lover and her would-be son--law Jindrak AKA Jin Hemy restrained to encourage her to force herself onto him. While reluctant at first, the aphrodisiac takes its course with her ultimately raping Jin and her lust consuming her to the point of becoming a Hermaphrodite through some magic insects to where she rapes Catue as well with Guignol's help.

If the fact that she seemingly never learns of her husband's demise doesn't add to one's sympathy for her, Nina's ultimate stinger comes in the bonus episode where she's being raped by the same Pig Man that preyed on Catue and her entire Mind Rape arc becomes one of And I Must Scream as her sanity has returned to the point of being miserable and able to realize her daughter's pain of going into labor with the prospect of her next child soon being born into her newfound hell.

.Anime: As mentioned above, the poor chap's forced to watch his fiancée be raped by Pig Man and then he's himself raped by a mind-broken Nina before being reunited with Catue again to be turned into a mindless dragon that rapes her with his final words before transforming being his profession of his love for her driving the knife deeper for his character's fate to live out the rest of his days as a monster violating his beloved.
