  • Needs More Love: Things Are Tough All Over is under-appreciated by fans. Chong once called it his favorite Cheech & Chong movie. It features Cheech & Chong playing two distinct roles each, and proves that the duo don't have to rely on stoner humor to be really funny, more successfully than The Corsican Brothers.
  • They Changed It, Now It Sucks: Cheech Marin wanted to do something that didn't involve pot humor, so the duo wrote The Corsican Brothers. The movie was a box office failure, with the number one complaint from fans being that the complete absence of pot humor.
