And here we go again...

BillyMC is a YouTube user who is most famous for doing a Let's Play of Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels. He has done LPs of other games, including The Karate Kid, Tiny Toon Adventures, Double Dare 1986, McDonald's Treasure Land Adventure, Super Mario Bros 2, a collaborative LP with Kenbombguy1 on Super Mario Bros 3, Ninja Gaiden, Castlevania, Donkey Kong Country, The Adventures of Bayou Billy, and Castlevania II.

After making 200 videos, BillyMC called it quits, leaving a heartfelt goodbye to his fans. However, he came out of retirement one last time to LP Abobos Big Adventure.

Retsupurae has done several RPs of him, and have noted that he, along with Electrical Beast, is one of their favorite LPers.

BillyMC provides examples of these tropes:

  • Adorkable
  • Ascended Meme: Billy played the McDonald's Treasure Land Adventure game after many people commented on his videos about him getting McDonald's for Christmas.
    • BayouBillyMC, a Retsupurae joke, led to him L Ping the Adventures of Bayou Billy.
  • Bruce Springsteen: Someone made a Youtube video as a tribute to him with the song 'Born to Run'.
  • Castlevania: Finished L Ping it, and started on Castlevania II.
  • Catch Phrase: "And here we go again..."
    • "Don't RP the LP."
    • Retsupurae tried to make "That's fer shore" one, but it didn't stick.
  • Crouching Moron, Hidden Badass
  • Determinator
  • Go Out with a Smile: In Billy's last video he left Let's Playing very happy with very few regrets, moving on with his life.
  • He's Back: Billy came out of retirement one last time to LP Abobos Big Adventure.
  • Hidden Depths: In his recent Lets Play of Hollywood Squares on the NES, Billy shows off a surprising amount of knowledge on cars.
  • The Karate Kid: Billy's favorite movie, and a Nintendo Hard game he LPed.
  • Let's Play
  • Manly Tears: People's reactions when he beats a hard level.
  • MST: Retsupurae has done this to his videos.
  • Never Heard That One Before: After a while, Billy began getting really sarcastic to people who quoted Retsupurae in their YT comments.
  • Ninja Gaiden: Beat it in 5 videos.
  • Original Character: Retsupurae created JacobMC, Billy's older brother, who gets all the cheeseburgers that he wants and can beat Ninja Gaiden with his eyes closed.
    • The weird thing is, it looks like Billy is the one that can beat Ninja Gaiden with his eyes closed. He's some kind of video game idiot-savant: a master of Ninja Gaiden that can't play Mario correctly.
      • Well, in the Lost Levels LP he used a keyboard. For Ninja Gaiden, he had a controller!
  • Paperboy: Billy is one in real life. He also LP'd the NES game.
  • Retsupurae: They've done several videos on him, but oddly enough are pretty decent fans of hi
  • Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels: His most famous LP.
  • This Is Gonna Suck: Fans' reaction to the Ninja Gaiden LP; not in that the LP itself would be bad, but that the difficulty of the game would drive Billy insane.
    • Subverted. He breezed through it.
      • Same with Castlevania.
  • Training From Hell: The Lost Levels took a very long time but it was worth it; Billy has gone on to effortlessly beat Castlevania and Ninja Gaiden.
    • Not to mention the tragic past that's been associated with him. It turned him from being a hopeless nerd to a complete Badass.
  • Who's Laughing Now?: Said to some enemies in The Karate Kid.
  • Unfortunate Names: There really is a JacobMC on YouTube, and though he has nothing to do with Billy, his comment box is still flooded with people poking fun at him.
